Stratford District Partnership - Annual Forum

Stratford District Partnership held its annual forum on Monday 22 March 2010 at Stratford Racecourse.

The Forum is part of the Local Strategic Partnership's (LSP) constitution and is organised by the LSP Core Group. At least one event a year is held to bring key stakeholders together to share ideas and information. The recurring theme of the day will be about celebrating the tangible benefits that partnership working has on local communities and individuals.

The purpose of the Forum is to:

Increase your awareness of the progress that the LSP Core Group and its Themed Groups are making.
Check with you that the LSP is going in the right direction and to make changes if necessary as a result of your feedback.
raise awareness of the major successes that have been achieved through partnership working in the District.
provide useful networking opportunities for you to identify new ways of working together that can add value to activities currently being undertaken by the Theme Groups which can help to improve the quality of life for our community.

Whether working in the public, private or voluntary sectors, we all face significant and continuing financial constraints so we must identify more effective/efficient ways of working together whilst continuing to deliver quality services.
